HematosLife.org encourages you to read this User Agreement with great care in order to participate with us as a User in the development of our community platform HematosLife.org. By becoming a User, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions.


Prior to joining HematosLife.org, you must consider and decide, yourself, the extent to which you wish to reveal information about yourself to the large community of HematosLife.org Users and to HematosLife.org and you must not communicate to HematosLife.org and its Users any information the dissemination of which could be harmful to you. You should carefully read our Privacy Policy and Privacy Advice before deciding to become a User of HematosLife.org on these matters.

You represent and warrant that you ;

Have not previously been suspended or removed from HematosLife.org;
Do not have more than one HematosLife.org account at any given time; and
Are not an employe of a pharmaceutical company* or in any way bound by commercial contracts to one or more pharmaceutical companies*
Are not an investor in pharmaceutical companies
Are not an employe of an insurance company or in any way bound by commercial contracts to one or more insurance companies
That you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party.
Your access to and use of this Site and/or the media on which it is stored is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and conditions of Use") and acknowledge that any prior agreements, written or oral, between you and HematosLife.org are superseded and of no force or effect. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you must immediately terminate this registration procedure.

HematosLife.org has no obligation to verify the identity of any Users when they are connected to the site or to supervise the content which has been provided by Users. Note that we describe our current practices related to personally identifiable information collected through HematosLife.org in our Privacy Policy and that we may update our policies and practices from time to time at our sole discretion. Keep your password confidential, it is not allowed to access HematosLife.org by using other accounts then the account you registered yourself with., do not let others use your account; you are responsible for anything that happens through your account - until you notify us of a breach (support [at] HematosLife dot org), close down your account or prove that your account security was compromised due to a fault of our systems. You are prohibited from selling, trading or otherwise transferring your HematosLife.org account or any information therein to another party or charging anyone for access to any portion of HematosLife.org, or any information therein. The account of Users that violate these terms will be terminated.

HematosLife.org includes various forums, blogs,chat and wiki where you can post your observations and comments on designated topics. HematosLife.org cannot guarantee that other members will not use the ideas and information that you share. Therefore, if you have an idea or information that you would like to keep confidential and/or don't want others to use, do not post it on the Service. HematosLife.org is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A MEMBER'S MISUSE OR MISAPPROPRIATION OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU POST IN ANY FORUMS, BLOGS,CHAT AND WIKI. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. HematosLife.org reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members and to terminate your account if HematosLife.org determines, in its sole discretion, that doing so is prudent.


On the condition that you comply with all your obligations under the Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nonassignable, nonsublicenseable right to access, through a generally available web browser (but not any scraping, spidering, crawling or other technology or specialist software used to harvest data) to view information that we provide on HematosLife.org webpages as we intend such information to be used, and only in accordance with the Agreement and any specific terms of use that we make available to you. You may submit information to us at your own risk. We grant you no other rights, implied or otherwise.

The purpose of HematosLife.org is to provide a service to facilitate networking among Users throughout the world. It is intended that Users only connect to other Users who they currently know and seek to further develop a relationship with those Users. Any other use of HematosLife.org (such as to use HematosLife.org as a means of generating revenue through the sale of contacts or information to others) is strictly prohibited and is a violation of this Agreement.
We allow you to access HematosLife.org as it may exist and be available on any given day. We have no other obligations, except as expressly stated in this Agreement. We may modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue HematosLife.org, partially or entirely, or to charge for HematosLife.org. All of these changes shall be effective upon their posting on our site or by email communication to you. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein, including, without limitation, title, ownership, intellectual property rights, and all other rights and interest in HematosLife.org and all related items.


HematosLife.org reserves the right to withhold, remove and or discard any content available as part of your account, with or without notice. Severability: If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under mandatory laws of a particular jurisdiction, such provision shall be interpreted as to give maximum effect to its intended purpose and this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of (a) such provision under the laws of any other jurisdiction, or (b) any other provision of the Agreement.

DON'Ts
* duplicate, license, sublicense, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, rebrand, otherwise transfer or commercially exploit HematosLife.org (excluding content posted by you) except as permitted in the User Agreement;
* reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying intellectual property used to provide HematosLife.org, or any part thereof
* utilize information, content or any data you view on and/or obtain from HematosLife.org to provide any service that is competitive, in HematosLife.org's sole discretion, with HematosLife.org.
* adapt, modify or create derivative works based on HematosLife.org or technology underlying the Services, or other Users' content, in whole or part;
* engage in any action that interferes with the proper working of or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including but not limited to unsolicited communications, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or transmission or activation of computer viruses;
* remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on HematosLife.org, including those of both HematosLife.org or any of its licensors;
* remove, cover or otherwise obscure any form of advertisement included as part of HematosLife.org;
* use any information obtained from HematosLife.org to harass, abuse or harm another person;
* collect, use or transfer any information, including but not limited to, personally identifiable information obtained from HematosLife.org except as expressly permitted in the User Agreement or the owner of such information may expressly permit;
* interfere with or disrupt HematosLife.org, including but not limited to any servers or networks connected to HematosLife.org, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the HematosLife.org;
* invite people with whom you have no prior relationship to join your network.
* use or attempt to use another's account without authorization, or create a false identity on HematosLife.org;
* infringe or use HematosLife.org's brand, logos and/or trademarks, including, without limitation, using the word "HematosLife.org" in any business name, email, or URL or including HematosLife.org's trademarks and logos on any website without authorization;
* upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available or initiate any content that:
o falsely states, impersonates or otherwise misrepresents your identity.
o is unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable;
o includes information that you do not have the right to disclose or make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
o infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights;
o includes any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation. This prohibition includes but is not limited to (a) using HematosLife.org invitations to send messages to people who don't know you or who are unlikely to recognize you as a known contact; (b) using HematosLife.org to connect to people who don't know you and then sending unsolicited promotional messages to those direct connections without their permission; and (c) sending messages to distribution lists, newsgroup aliases, or group aliases.
o contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment of HematosLife.org or any User of HematosLife.org;
o forges headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Services; and/or
o adds to a content field content that is not intended for such field (i.e. submitting a telephone number in the "title" or any other field).

*pharmaceutical companies operating in the field of rare blood diseases identical to the rare blood diseases associations that are participating within the HematosLife web community project.

The material contained within the HematosLife.org website includes copyrighted animations, photographs, images, videos, text, music, and sounds(collectively, the "Content").
The "Site" refers to the HematosLife.org website, its content, design, organization, layout and functions.
